Adult Ministry
We desire that God’s Church would be “filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, so that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God” (Colossians 1:9-10).
Children's Ministry
The life and teaching of our Lord testify to the importance of guiding the children of the world to know and love Him. It is our desire to partner with families in making disciples of the children God has entrusted to us! More about Children's Ministry
Music
At Holly Springs we are truly blessed with a wonderful music ministry including a fantastic Adult Choir. Our choir not only sings in our worship services but has been featured on many programs in the area as we share with our neighbors in our musical outreach. We are blessed with great childrens music and many talented solists, small ensembles, and great musicicans. To God the the Glory!!! Kevin Corbin is our music director. Kevin has been directing our choir and music for several years and is also a charter member of the group BLUE RIDGE. His years of musical experience are very beneficial to our music ministry here at Holly Springs. More about Music Ministry
The Mission
Mission(s) can’t be confined to program within the existing structure of the church. Rather, the mission of God is the reason for the existence of the church. His mission is carried out as He works in and through His body to reach out to a world in need. Jail Ministry
The Jail Ministry is a bible study and prayer held at the Macon County Jail before the men return back to their cells. There are three churches involved in the Jail Ministry. It is held the third Tuesday of every month. During the month that has five Tuesdays, this bible study is also held on the fifth Tuesday.
Visitation
Our visitation program is where we go visit with our new first time visitors to HSBC. We go to their homes and answer any questions they may have and thank them for visiting the church. We hand them a small token of our appreciation along with some church information and a tract. We also do “cold visits” to new people who have moved to town and invite them to church.
Sunday School
Our Sunday School is our foundational plan for leading people to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and for teaching them through open Bible study groups that engage them in evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and worship.
